A fully personalised one-on-one Pilates session tailored to your goals, needs, and movement abilities.
Ideal for clients seeking focused attention, injury rehabilitation, prenatal/postnatal support, or simply a more customised experience. Each session uses professional Pilates equipment and is guided by a highly experienced instructor to ensure safe, effective progress.

5 Private Sessions

Private Pilates Session
Casual Rate: $95 per session
5-Session Package: $450 (valid for 8 weeks)

Enjoy a fully personalised, one-on-one Pilates experience tailored to your specific needs and goals. Ideal for rehabilitation, prenatal/postnatal support, or anyone seeking individualised attention using professional Pilates equipment in a private studio setting.

Note:
- Initial assessment is required prior to starting this program.
- Please choose the starting date and time, which will be defaulted as recurring for 5 weeks.
- Any request to adjust the recurring schedule (i.e., have more sessions during the week or different times in some weeks), should be discussed with the instructor after finalising the payment.

5 Duet Sessions

Duet Pilates Session (2 clients, 1 instructor)
5-Session Package: $600 per pair (valid for 8 weeks)

A shared private session tailored to both clients’ goals and abilities. Perfect for partners or friends who want personalised attention while training together. Sessions use Pilates equipment and are guided by a highly experienced instructor for safe, effective movement.
Please Note:

An Initial Assessment is required for each participant before starting the duet program. This ensures both clients receive safe, effective, and tailored guidance.

When booking, please select your preferred start date and time. This time will be set as your recurring weekly session for 5 weeks.

If you need to adjust the schedule (e.g. different times in some weeks or additional sessions), please discuss this with the instructor after payment is finalised.
